Description

Voila! this was GONNA be a black and neon trippy pony that glowed under a black light, but the coin of fate came up tails :/ so i salvaged the ruined pony and made this baby. i tried to be somewhat creative with the specific color scheme and style. I'm quite happy with the face!

Waayyy trippy! I was never that big of a Two Face fan, he always seemed so wishy-washy in his decisions. The pony is great though!
