2003 Leatherface

This puppy was made from the 2003 Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake mask made by Rubie's Costume co. Typically Rubie's is a cute way of saying "garbage", but this one was pretty passable! My only hold-ups were the price, the sculpted stitches (ugh) and the hair. I've seen other mask customs where they just ripped off the wig (held on with hot glue) and added their own... because there is a line of sculpted stitches under the wig! I added two different colors of hair along the stitches and sewed in a few more of my own where appropriate, and got this baby! One other thing... i had to pad the inside because this thing is HUGE! like, way huge, like i have a 26 inch head and it was too big for me HUGE!
